THE PEOPLE

Carla and Kevin have expanded and improved Resonance Vineyard since purchasing the site in 1990. They have farmed sustainably since that time, and achieved Demeter-certified Biodynamic® status in 2006. The Chambers produce Resonance Vineyard, estate bottled wines and Pulse Pinot Noir at the Carlton Winemakers Studio under the corporate name of Reed & Reynolds.

They’ve have been instrumental in the growth of the Oregon wine industry for nearly 30 years.

Kevin:
      
~  Served on the Oregon Wine Board for 8 years, including three years as Chair.
      
~  Awarded Oregon Wine Industry Man of the Year, 2005
      
~  Received Oregon Wine Industry Service award, 1999
      
~  Received Oregon Wine Retailer of the Year, 1985

Carla:
      
~  Served as Director of the Yamhill County Wineries Association in the mid-90’s.

Together they:
     
 
~  Co-own Oregon Vineyard Supply (OVS) which sells farming equipment, posts,
           wire, spray protection, agricultural chemicals, harvest supplies and more to the
           rapidly expanding Oregon wine industry and other specialty ag crops
      
~  Co-own Results Partners, a vineyard management and development company.
           Results Partners farms over 900 acres of vineyards in the northern Willamette
           Valley.

Winemaker Brian Marcy joined the team in August 2008. In 1996 Brian worked his first harvest at Sterling Vineyards, and having studied fermentation science at Davis he took to the process of winemaking easily. Brian worked in the Napa Valley and learned from many of the most esteemed winemakers and wineries including Turley Wine cellars, Neyers Vineyards, Helen Turley and Associates, Blanket Estate and Marcassin just to name a few. Brian also spent a harvest working in Australia at Trevor Jones Fine Wines. Brian and his wife Clare are partners on their own wine project and farm called Big Table Farm.
